Nextiva has been great, I recently took over this position and they have made the transition so smooth, and they have really been there to help me navigate changes and learn how to use the system. We use their call recording system, and we use their analytics daily. Those features have helped us improve our calls, and help us better out sales.

Nextiva Business Phone Service is definitely better than RingCentral. It is more user friendly and has more ability to track calls
