Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Nextiva is used every day in communication with out customers. We use the call feature, and texting feature. Nextiva has been seamless in terms of day to day communication and customer service assistance. The feature we love most is being able to set up a personal recording for each customer to hear when they call. We also love the texting feature. This is very personal for the customers and provides a quick easy form of communication. We love Nextiva!
  • Recorded greetings for holidays and day to day communication with customers
  • Customer service is very communicative
  • The online site is simple to use to edit settings or adjust users permissions
  • It is a bit difficult to understand how to transfer calls from one desk phone to another.
  • There is no way to delete messages out of the app to keep everything organized and clean.
  • Sometime the service remotely on the app is worse then normal phone service.
  • Nextiva's texting feature has improved our customer service experience from 4 starts to 5 on google reviews.
  • Nextiva has offered professional recordings. Our operator tells customer to press 0 to reach our smiling team. Customers love this!
  • Nextiva allows us to transfer calls from one desk phone to another. This is great for office convenience & professionalism with the customers.
We previously used the system Grasshopper. We chose to switch to Nextiva after comparing reviews, pros and cons, and prices of it's competitors. Grasshoppers customer service was for lack of better words non-existent. We constantly had the phones ringing when we would set up operating hours or holiday voicemails. This confused customers but most importantly interrupted family time for workers on holidays. We would have to take time to call Grasshopper and correct the issues while trying to enjoy time off with our families.

If I can describe the main area Nextiva excels in is reliability. This is the corner stone of Nextiva. Their customer service is unmatched. I love the voicemail to email transcription. The price is excellent and affordable. We are a small business and this is the perfect phone company to use for our size but to continue to use as we grow as a business. The app is such an amazing feature. I am able to work and answer calls while out of the office to satisfy the customers. The only cons I can think of is sometimes poor call quality, and the app does not have a delete text option.
