Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Omega Filtration uses Nextiva Business Phone Service as our primary phone provider. We have 3 outbound salespeople as well as office staff that use the service. We use desk phones, computer apps, and mobile apps to stay in touch and keep connected with our customers and team. Our business sells filtration equipment to manufacturers and suppliers. We are a traditional M-F, 8-5 company but provide 24-hour assistance when needed.
Pros
- Customer Service - real people, available right away.
- Great tech team. Set up and trouble-shooting was all guided.
- Cost effective and flexible. Some of our reps do not need desk phones so they mobile or computer app serves them well.
Cons
- Guided walk through on all areas of service.
- The system is the same price as our two previous phone systems. One was an in office only system and the other one was app only. Neither fully suited our needs. Nextiva combines the best of both!
