Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
My Company is new to Nextiva , however I have used Nextiva in the past with my previous company and it was a wonderful experience . We are using Nextiva with my current company because it would help address call quality and customer service and assurance that we are doing the best ourselves. With a company that not only helps us with the ability to record calls but also have staff all over the world being able to have the ability to use your service with a local USA number we love that aspect. Customer service is always informational and helpful
