Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our team uses Nextiva VOIP daily for all communication purposes. We have inbound and outbound calls as well as using the mobile app to carry business outside of the office. The capability for the team to be able to move seats around the office and just take their phone with them is vital. Mobility in an office environment is incredibly important to use as is easy set up. Nextiva allows our team to have both easily.

Analytical reporting is on point for measuring the teams KPI's
Call forwarding, location business hours, holidays, etc is very helpful

Cons

Being able to add licenses on our own would be beneficial rather than going through a sales team member

Nextiva works well for growing businesses. We have been able to easily scale from 6 employees to 20+ seamlessly. Shipping of the products is very fast as well. I do think the mobile app could use some help with dropping calls, but Nextiva is addressing that issue. The price seems to be on the higher end when it is compare to other services, however we are pleased with the service and find value.
