Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Nextiva is a VOIP solution that allowed us to keep our existing phone number while eventually transitioning away from a physical device system to a phone tree that forwards to our mobile devices with app integration to answer and make outbound phone calls from our business line wherever we need to.

- App interface
- Excellent live chat tech support
- Flexibility in implementation (physical device vs. not)
Cons
- Nextiva Fax interface feels dated
- Sometimes the mobile app can be glitchy and needs to be logged in/out
- Interfaces can be complex and take time to learn
- Significantly cheaper than our previous provider (20%+/month)
- Paid for itself in less than a year
