Working with Nextiva Business Phone Service is always an easy and hassle free experience. The Customer Support Reps are always knowledgeable about their products and have been able to consistently help me configure intricate & complex customer requests over the years. Their phones also always behave consistently even when troubleshooting which is a very appreciated luxury as someone who's an IT Tech.

This is a brand one of my customer uses that I've been trying to get them off of. Their configs are confusing, their hardware conflicts with our network equipment, and their support is non-existent. Having to deal with them gave me a new appreciation for Nextiva Business Phone Service.
