Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

I wish I could write a good review, but I cannot: I have had several experiences with the Nextiva Customer Service Department, and it is more than Terrible. Agents hang up on you when they don't want to help you; I called back several times and they hung up on me more than once: Agents tell you they will call you right back and never do-ever (this happened to me several times). Being on hold for hours; Never being given an option for a call-back but instead sitting on hold for 60, 90 minutes during by Busy workday! NO, No I would not work with them simply because no one is Managing this Customer Service Division. Until they fix this I will not recommend them to any busy!
