Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone Mpower

I use NICE CXone Mpower to check at my assigned schedule as well as to access the telephone system that is require for my inbound Data Entry Operator position. A problem I have encountered is that when connection is weak it will log me out of the phone and sometimes mess up my schedule alignment.
