Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
We use NinjaOne every day for accessing our clients' computers, checking their health, and setting up end-users to allow them remote access to their work computers. Being able to access a client's computer with the click of a button really makes this whole IT thing much easier (as long as Teamviewer works that is!)
- Installing silently
- Teamviewer integration
- Anti-Virus install
- Mobile App is missing features that the web version has
- Reinstalling NinjaOne on a PC that had NinjaOne before can be a pain
- NinjaOne updates a lot (not bad but sometimes I experience short downtime)
- I don't get to see these numbers
It really is simple and easy to use! Let's say our customer just lost internet, we can see through NinjaOne the exact time the computer disconnected and we probably can glean information from the handy details section. And filtering through users is also a breeze with their fantastic organization filters!
We install NinjaOne on all of our customer's computers and with them all linked under one umbrella we can easily tell what goes wrong where. Not to mention NinjaOne installs state of the art anti-virus software be it Webroot, Bitdefender, all done in the backend without the customer being the wiser!
I haven't touched the automated side of NinjaOne.
