Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne

We recently switched to NinjaRMM from Goverlan/EasyVista to manage all our endpoints, remote control, device management, ticketing, etc. It helps us by having our ticketing software and our device management software in a single pane of glass. We're also beta testing MDM for our enterprise Android devices.
  • Single-pane-of-glass for all the management products
  • Automation is pretty easy to create/understand
  • Scalability of our business is easily managed
  • MDM is still in beta - definitely room for improvement, especially regarding admin control of a single device without changing the kiosk policy for all devices.
  • One thing I miss from our previous device management software is the ability to map network drives & add locally installed printers directly through the app without needing to disturb the end-user
  • End-user device login history - being able to see what devices a person has logged into over the last xx days
  • We're better able to manage our users, devices, and tickets, which saves money by eliminating the need for multiple different services.
Having all our management tools in one place helps us to manage our assets more efficiently.
Software install and removal has been a big one for us, as well as automating restarts, etc. Not having to do it manually has saved us hours of work each day.

Ninja does a few things better than Goverlan Reach, like the integrated ticketing. But honestly, Goverlan was much more user-friendly for everything else. N-able has a lot of features, but they're not easy to use, if you can even find them.

Yes

Are you happy with NinjaOne's feature set?

Yes

Did NinjaOne live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of NinjaOne go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy NinjaOne again?

Yes

NinjaOne's automation capabilities are outstanding and they are easy to create, as long as you are familiar with PowerShell or are willing to learn. MDM still has a long ways to go, but it will get there eventually.
