Overall Satisfaction with Nintex
Our company uses Nintex as a platform for intake forms and workflow automations to increase efficiency and tracking across multiple departments within our organization, primarily in our SharePoint environment. With dynamic controls, the ability to create and recall variables from different sources, and rules to perform unique functionality, it is far superior to the default SharePoint list form.
Pros
- Customer service is wonderful.
- Resource materials are easy to find.
- Insights into forms and workflows for reporting.
- Allows unique low-code functionality where needed.
Cons
- Ability to insert form variables from the designer tab.
- Possibly create features in responsive forms similar to app components.
- Increased submissions.
- Automated workflows eliminate manual email notifications.
- Learning opportunities.
Outside of Nintex, I'm not entirely sure how many other integrations we have, as that is handled and managed by another team in our IT department.
I personally have benefited from learning another software, which is useful in many areas. I have also benefited from creating custom forms for our end users, which makes it easier for them to consume and use, and eliminates as much manual input as possible with variables.
