Nintex is only good for very simple things. Not meant for heavy lifting.

We use Nintex Workflow and Forms via O365. For very simple forms with small data sets, it is ok. However, most of my complaints are with the Forms portion of the software. It is lacking very simple features like autocomplete search, the limit on mobile item lookups is far too small, etc.

Sharepoint is not really designed to be a data repository. Trying to bulk edit data in Sharepoint is next to impossible. It is easy enough to export data from Sharepoint, but trying to put it back in is another story entirely. What should be offered as an alternate solution for large data sets is a link to a SQL server. I've tried to use the "Execute SQL" from Nintex Workflow, but I cannot get it to work.

We contacted Nintex with our issues and they referred us to an external solutions company called Boost and they are building us something that does not use Nintex. We would just switch to Device Magic as they have a solution that would work great and has the missing features Nintex doesn't have, but the corporation I'm contracted out to isn't willing to switch... yet.
