We use Nintex to automate manual workflows and digitalize processes.

Pros and Cons

Nintex provides amazing workflow possibilities.

Nintex forms are stiff and do not allow much room to create fields out of the box. There is no integration with Excel.

Return on Investment

Positive Impact: Nintex workflow works like a clock. No issues, all approvers are notified and reporting is clear. However, you cannot create a workflow without the form.
Negative impact: Very clunky form, hard to create specific forms needed for our business. Form fields are limited. I can't upload an existing XLS form into Nintex.

Nintex Deployment Flexibility

We use Nintex in SharePoint to keep track of approvers and users. Nintex helped us automate the manual process but Nintex is not very flexible. Forms are not very user-friendly.

Yes, Nintex forms are used only by non-IT employees. We use Nintex to automate existing workflows.

Nintex is perfect for workflows however you must create the form you will be using to start that workflow. If your form is detailed and requires Excel fields you will be stuck and unable to proceed.
