Nintex Workflow for Sharepoint
Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform
Nintex Platform has been used in our company to support our HR department: notifying managers about recruiting progress. We also needed Nintex Platform to communicate with our MS SQL server databases to use queries within Nintex Platform. This is not simply possible in Sharepoint Workflows. The workflow was designed by our IT department and used by HR.

Nintex is very easy to install and use. We used Nintex within our Sharepoint platform. I have also made a migration to Sharepoint 2013 from an earlier version and there were no difficulties related to Nintex Platform. You can easily install or uninstall parts of Nintex and make database back ups.
No, this was not our case. The process of workflow was designed and set up by our IT department based on discussions with our HR department.
Microsoft Sharepoint Workflow 2010 is free and offers a lot of functionalities. Nintex has a better UI and is really simple to use. Nintex workflow set up is so simple that I can imagine that even non-IT employees could create one and help them and their teams to reduce manual work.
