It is being used across the whole organization, Europe-wide. The IT department in each country builds the Nintex Workflows and forms, and all the other business departments use it to submit forms or requests. It provides an easy, fast, and integrated way to build and make new solutions available in a centralized good-looking manner.
- Enable non-programmers to create simple programs and webpages.
- Provide a business approval mechanism, in light of a paperless initiative.
- Assign tasks related to the form being submitted.

We use Nintex in a production and testing environment. After deployed in the company Sharepoint environment (which was already done in our case), Nintex reaches all of the business departments just like Sharepoint did.
Nintex is being used by non-IT staff in our organization because Nintex makes it easy for them to build specific business rules they know better than anyone.
