Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use it for some of our applications and business processes. I know it is used through several departments in the county, but is used quite regularly in our office.
Problems have been not receiving the completed applications back from the Nintex "cloud" on our public facing form.

Pros and Cons

Relaying info to a list/spreadsheet

Making it building a form more user friendly, so the basic user can create forms with basic logic without having much jscript background

It has helped stream line our homestead application

Nintex Deployment Flexibility

We use it as an externality user setting along with internal user settings as well.

Having the flexibility to create forms based on our needs is great.

Yes. I have been creating forms and lists with some basic logic. With some minimal help from our it staff

Ease of Use

Most of our forms require code to achieve the logic we won’t in our processes

Time To Value

I have been able to creat a from rather quickly. Where the time comes in, is when we have to had the of/when logic to the forms.

Alternatives Considered

Google Forms

Nintex has the ability to use logic when creating forms. Have not been able to see that in Google Forms
