Use cases vary from team to team, but generally Nintex Process Platform Forms is utilized for its ability to quickly enter information into a SharePoint list. Nintex Process Platform Workflows are then utilized to process the data within the lists and send updates through email on when the list is updated to specific individuals or distribution lists.
