Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Nintex forms and Workflows are used within my organization for many different processes. From Internal Audit to HR to IT, we have forms for every use case imaginable. We integrate Nintex cloud forms with Azure tables to pull in data for lookup values. We process email approvals as well as task based approvals for many accounting processes in order to better automate the handling of the accounting day to day needs.

Usability

I love how user friendly Nintex is for both form development and workflow development. Being able to test while developing workflows has been a game changer for me. Being able to Save As a workflow to duplicate it has also been a huge time saver.

In the past I have written an expense reporting process in Nintex and used it for years before we had to move to the cloud and rework the process. We have also used Nintex for several approval processes that needed both signature and just basic approvals.
