Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
Across the whole organisation, it enables us to keep all our processes and risks in one place where they are easily accessed and read, linked when necessary, and updated regularly. It's managed by the Promaster (me). It allows for transparency with our processes across the company, when changes occur in a process, they can be updated easily. Having rolled out company wide training when we first implemented Promapp, refresh courses are quick and easy

Cons
- Add more than one expert

- More reporting option
Promapp is far better for the average user. They can write their own processes and not rely on a BA to do the job. We did have resistance from BAs; however, I wonder if that was because they were the process gatekeepers and now people could be the Expert or Owner of the process without the BA
