Notion - One Place G
Overall Satisfaction with Notion
I use Notion to plan and track social media content for all my clients. I also use it as a notes system so any relevant information for a client is saved in one spot. This includes contact information, budgets for paid social ads, communication logs, and several other things. I have plans to create client portals as well to streamline my content approval process.
Pros
- Databases
- Customizable layouts
- Templates
- Appearance is neat and organized
- Provides one place for all my tracking, so I don't have to use as many services
- Helps me effectively plan my week and optimize my time
I use Google Calendar for my appointments, but I track all my projects in Notion. This keeps my Calendar from being overrun with notes and a million things to track.
Google Drive is great for sharing files with people who do not need a client portal, but I think Notion is better for keeping information organized, both files and notes.
