The company uses Notion to give clarity and organize your workspace, we use it for notes, customizing documents, and being creative on the work content, we use notion to store all the information we need to carry out our daily work whether it is individual work or working as a team.

Pros

  • It offers a clean and open surface for thinking, writing, and planning.
  • Customization is key, allowing users to create pages and arrange them as needed
  • Collaboration is seamless, with the ability to share work, make comments, and mention colleagues.

Cons

  • notion can be outraged or be an offline mode of some kind that needs to be looked at.
  • maybe they can introduce some kind of whiteboard where I can draw and visually organize things.
  • Recurring tasks that are done in a same way an Sharing filtered views with collaborators instead of the whole database being shared, which makes it completely unsharable
  • workspace organizing helps with keeping all the valuable information stored and organized avoiding time consumption time finding the information you need
  • Simplifying the process, Notion can help simplify processes and reduce workload, all the notes help with your workflow giving good service

Notion is very easy to use and navigate, you can customize your work this could be your layouts, components, notes, and files.

Notion is well-suited because we can manage tasks and ensure the task is well carried out, it enables us to note down ideas, and manage our projects and it can be used to plan social media content.

It can be less appropriate when its on offline mode and not recording the tasks to prevent them from recurring.
