Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses Notion as an employee intranet. Previously, we ran into employees not knowing where things may be located and only one person knowing where they are now. Now we have benefits, paid holidays, policies, etc. in one place.

Pros

clean user interface
easy to find information
integrating with other platforms

Cons

not very intuitive on how to use features
not sure how else that I can use Notion besides current use case

Return on Investment

We have been able to save admin time by reducing the amount of places where we had crucial information for onboarding, employee benefits, company policies, etc.
Reduce admin time by having an easily editable platform rather than continuing to update an employee handbook and have various versions floating around.
Seamless integration with Google Drive and Dropbox so that we can spend less time searching and more time doing.

I really like it for how our company uses it (e.g. Intranet style) but when it comes to other use cases, I have a hard time understanding how they could be used. It seems like it is something that everyone would need to get onboarded to and just another thing to check. We already use Slack, Google Drive, etc. so I am not really sure what we would choose to use Notion for beyond our current Intranet.
