Overall Satisfaction with Notion

I use Notion to keep track of incoming clients using a service that is fulfilled through a third party. We are able to update each Clients card and speak back and forth there to keep updates in one location.

I find it's usability is very versatile and suited to many different use cases. The ability to have visibility of project statuses, branches and keep conversation to one place is very helpful!
Notion brought the two together with features from each that we liked being put into one place.
