Overall Satisfaction with Okta

Okta makes it easy to provide or request access to a variety of different systems. It is simple to use and easy to navigate. Its API also makes it easy to build integrations for additional functionality.

Okta's centralized identity management functionality makes it fast and easy to manage access to a wide range of accounts across numerous platforms. As a software engineer, this significantly simplifies accessing internal tools and systems. Okta reduces the surface area that is often involved in integrating with various development tools and decreases security risks as a result.
Not applicable in this case, I haven't attended a training and haven't needed to request support.
Okta's uptime is incredibly reliable. I've personally never experienced any issues with availability.
Okta and Auth0 are similar in a number of ways, but ultimately they serve different cases. Okta is likely the preferred option for scenarios where IT or other admin staff need the ability to control account access for other staff members.

Okta is well suited for scenarios where staff members need to be granted access to a range of different systems and accounts. It provides excellent access control that makes it easy for admins to approve access requests. It also acts as a central interface to sign into existing accounts in an SSO manner which is helpful for navigating the wide range of products that companies often use on the daily.
