Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 in only marketing for lead gen webinars, product launch webinars, and private partner webinars. It allows us to engage our prospects and score our leads more appropriately.

- ON24 is very easy to learn, which helps get you up and running faster.
- It has the ability to clone previous webinars (I just made a template that I can clone from each time) that has your preferences saved for the console and all other customizable options saved. Cloning is super quick and easy!
- You can customize the heck out of it! All branded, with your companies hex code for color.
- Sometimes our users have audio problems.
- There's the ability to chat with the users back when they asked questions during the webinar, but the text you write disappears when you switch windows which is pretty frustrating.
- Sometimes, people have a hard time seeing our screen share, saying that it's too small.
- Increased lead scoring.
- Ability to see when attendees leave the webinar, which translates into understanding what content your audience really wants to hear about.
- Faster time creating webinars > ability to hold more > ability to do more with my time in other areas.
I switched from ReadyTalk, and ON24 is so much easier to use. The support team is also much better. ON24 was cheaper, has way more functionalities such as multi webinar registration on one page, and was the most viable option for a growing company who's looking to scale up on webinars.
