Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 for our lead generation webinar activities. We integrate with Marketo to seamlessly route and update leads. ON24 is used in our headquarters located in Provo, UT as well as our offices in EMEA (Dublin) and APJ (Sydnee). ON24 allows us to bring thought leadership to clients and prospects alike, without feeling too sales oriented. It has helped us establish ourselves as a thought leaders as it is pretty easy to use and gives people a good experience while watching.
- Lead generation
- Recording webinars for on-demand or simu-live use is great. You can record slide-by-slide which makes going into the presentation to make minor adjustments very easy.
- The polling option is really cool and easy to use. One thing very important to our use case is the ability to have polls continue to run in on-demand - even the results refresh.
- I love that it is a DIY hands-on experience. This means I can update presentations and run presentations at a pace that works for me. The simple setup interface also makes it feel like a step-by-step process to get your events set.
- One bit of missing functionality is an in-product editor. The only way to edit presentations as a whole is to re-record or download the audio, snip out the bits that don't work, re-upload the audio and set the timing on the slides.
- I'd love to see more branding opportunities / freedom to edit on the registration page - right now there are some phrases that we cannot change that can make certain use cases a little confusing for users.
- I'd love to see the option to embed the console or bits of the event console onto one of our web pages. This would help with keeping people on our website when they are digesting content.
- One positive impact that we have had is a greater engagement on our digital weeks - we don't have people losing audio all the time or being dropped from the presentations.
- We have been able to host larger events influencing more people with our webinars - i.e. one of our week long events, Talentweek, saw people watching 2x more presentations than other digital weeks
- Our digital week - CXweek 2016 - the first week long event that we used on24 for - saw more influenced pipeline than any Qualtrics event ever
