Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 across two organizations at our company. Our webinars have proven to be a successful channel for lead generation by allowing us to communicate a message to a large audience in an engaging way.

- Our biggest complaint involves technical difficulties prior to and during webinars.
On24 is integrated with Eloqua. We send webinar promotion emails through Eloqua and drive registrations to our company website. This allows us to capture email metrics, and drive traffic to our website and we do this for lead scoring purposes. Although we do leverage ON24's automated emails for email confirmation and once the webinar is available on-demand. Once we have a list of registrants we load that list into Salesforce for sales to follow up.
- Yes, as mentioned earlier we've found that webinars are a great pipeline for sales - especially as it relates to new product launches.
- Also, it's helps with customer retention when we're able to speak to Thought Leadership topics that may not have a direct line to sales.
- We haven't used it for internal training purposes.
We use WebEx internally and found this was not suitable for external purposes because it lacks analytics.
