Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 daily for every one of the webcasts that we provide to our clients. Typically, they dial in (either with a conference call that a sister company of ours provides or just through the direct dial-in numbers provided with the event), present, then market the archive. It allows us to supply quality service towards those companies that are mandated to provide the public sector, private sector, or internal staff information through an online presentation.

- Provides an accessible way for a user to connect and present with the devices they have on hand.
- Flash-based architecture, both primary on WCC and backup for Elite, for pages on unsupported browsers can cause frustration for clients and audience members that are not tech savvy.
Both the platform and support are available at any time from any place I can connect to the internet. And even in situations where I cannot get a hold of a person for support, the knowledge base provided offers ample explanation and instruction to the point where I suggest our clients use it and refer to it frequently in order to provide their best experiences.

It is well suited for exactly the reasons we provide it to clients, in the way that it can allow them an accessible way to present their messages in a custom-built and hardware-light environment.
