Overall Satisfaction with ON24

It is the webinar platform for webinars across the company. We do webinars for clients as well as client/prospect webinars for demand generation. It also helps us reach a global audience by offering playbacks across several time zones. It's easy to share the registration list with sales members ahead of time, so sales can plan who they will contact afterward.

  • Excel export works seamlessly.
  • Chat support is too slow, I had a glitch ahead of going live and I could not get the chat tech to stop reading from the script.
  • The chat techs need to flow with the conversation, not just stick to the script, it's very obvious.
  • I wish the bridge phone number was built in, I should not have to order a separate bridge line for each event.
ON24 is helping us be seen as the leaders for reporting on economic data and specific economic forecasts. We are continually able to promote our very timely economic indicator reports by highlighting and interpreting economic data through our proprietary analysis. Our ability to schedule, promote and execute these webinars timely really automates the entire process.
The chat support is just not reliable, nimble and fast enough. When I have a slide deck issue 15 minutes before we go live, I need to get someone on the phone to scout the problem and deliver the fix. It took forever to upload a deck and it actually uploaded over a previous deck leaving the last set of incorrect slides. The speaker and I realized what happened and he was able to work around that because he knows his slides so well, but the stress caused from not being able to get support to help at that moment was unnecessary.

  • The attendee survey at the end has been effective for people to ask for more information.
  • New lead generation initiatives are slowly creating demand so no real ROI yet.
I miss using Webex because I never had to order a telephone line in addition to setting up the webinar. There are a lot of people that may not have speakers, headsets, etc. but everyone has a phone. We will not assume our audience does not need a phone, so now we have to do this extra step for each and every event.
ON24 is well suited to set up a bunch of webinars into the future as a series. I like the multiple registration page option. It would be great if there was a way ON24 could email the last attendees and say "Would you like to attend the next webinar in the series?" That would be a great add on option to automate and continue engagement.
