Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used by our head office to conduct meetings and webinars with various entities across the country. We love to use the many features embedded within ON24 (such as the poll) and we find it very easy to use and to personalize with our own templates and banners.

  • Allow the audience to participate
  • Very user-friendly
  • Good bandwidth

Cons

  • Allow the presenter to divide the group into small groups for discussion (see Adobe Connect).
10 days to upload a font is a long delay.
  • Better analytics
Adobe allows for a better in-class feel for online learning communities.
Adobe Connect, Zoom, Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Well suited for webinars and training session. Needs to improve to provide an in-class feel by allowing the presenter to break the audience into smaller groups for them to discuss.
