Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is a platform we use to launch webinars across our APAC and IMEA region. It provides an intuitive platform where one is able to create both "live" and "on-demand" webinars, with insightful analytics to help in the leads qualification process. In addition, its capabilities to measure the degree of interaction with the resources placed online allow us to measure the interest level and effectiveness of our marketing collaterals too!

- Strong analytics capabilities where one is able to qualify leads easily.
- 1 single webinar link which can be used to access on-demand webinar after "live" webinar.
- Set-up interface can be more intuitive.
- Will be good if more than 1 person can be informed for any Q&A for on-demand webinars.
Currently, we have not integrated it with our MA system but will consider doing so in the future.
- Driven a significant number of leads for one of our key business streams.
- Received good feedback on the ease of ON24's platform usage.
While ON24 may be priced on the higher side, our verdict is that ON24 brings us much more efficiency and time-savings for the webinar set-up process. Further, with ON24 package options, we are able to find an option which meets our business needs regionally.
