Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is the platform we use in marketing to deliver thought leadership webinars to our prospects, partners, and customers. In addition, we use ON24 as the delivery platform for three live demonstrations each month. We generate an enormous amount of interest in these events using email, social and third-party promotions.
- Lead generation
- ON24 is great at capturing the required registration details so we can process the leads quickly and efficiently.
- ON24 is great for customizing the event details including graphics, pre-roll video and simu-live events using pre-recorded materials.
- ON24 offers fantastic support and professional services when producing a live or recorded event.
- The ON24 user interface could more easily report the current number of users registered for an event. Locating that detail requires more clicks to gather that information.
We do not currently integrate ON24 with either our CRM or marketing automation platform. However, we have researched the integration options and the system will successfully integrate with both Salesforce and HubSpot.
- We consistently exceed registrations that our previous platform couldn't handle. Yeah, winning the lead game!
- The platform is easy to use and manage both registrations and post event attendees data.
- The survey results give us great feedback on event performance as well as interest in current and future topics.
- Refreshing a browser is the easiest way to resolve technical issues and almost always addresses users requests about connecting to the system.
ON24 is less expensive with more features and better support. Turns out GoTo Webinar is actually a rebranded version of LogMeIn :(
