Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

[We use OneCause in] my department, the Office of Philanthropy. We use it for mobile bidding, donations, and ticket sales for events.

Pros

  • Great help desk
  • Sponsor logo train
  • Packages
  • Reports

Cons

  • Hard to find things in help section
  • I wish some pages were more customizable
  • Shopping cart for check out so we could suggest buying a raffle ticket at same time
  • I want an easy way to add pictures; it is a pain to first upload them to Google and then link to that
  • I want a template for doing a sponsor page - the logo train is not enough
  • I don't know what to compare it to. I have not used other systems.
Reasons stated previously.
People at the help line are excellent. [The] Help Center is not user-friendly.
