Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
[We use OneCause in] my department, the Office of Philanthropy. We use it for mobile bidding, donations, and ticket sales for events.
- Great help desk
- Sponsor logo train
- Packages
- Reports
- Hard to find things in help section
- I wish some pages were more customizable
- Shopping cart for check out so we could suggest buying a raffle ticket at same time
- I want an easy way to add pictures; it is a pain to first upload them to Google and then link to that
- I want a template for doing a sponsor page - the logo train is not enough
- I don't know what to compare it to. I have not used other systems.
