Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use the OneCause platform to run our online auction. This platform allows us to conduct our auction with online biddings and allows us to reach a wide array of bidders from across the nation.

Extremely easy to understand and use. If I ever were to have a problem, the OneCause staff were ready to have to troubleshoot and answer any questions I may have had.
Customer service representatives are always available and knowledgeable about the product. I would call several times during the week of our auction looking for assistance which they were able to take care of every time. One representative went so far as to download some pictures to help as my computer was freezing up when trying to download the pictures on my end. Every representative was kind, patient, and attentive.
OneCause was hands down the best option for us compared to the other services provided by other companies. The other companies have similar functions, but OneCause was the easiest to understand while having affordable prices.

Have recommended it to many colleagues about the software and how easy it is to use. Several colleagues have mentioned they went with OneCause over other auction platforms because they felt the end looked professional and easy to use as a bidder.

Using OneCause

2 - Our organization has two people assigned to use our OneCause portal. The two people are our Executive Director and our Special Events Coordinator. These two positions work hand in hand and OneCause keeps everything updated so no overlap is created between the two positions.
1 - Our organization has 1 full time staff person and 2 part time staff. The Executive Director is the full time staff person who makes sure all updates, billing cycle and programming are taken care of with the OneCause format. The OneCause team makes it easy and not overwhelming for the Executive Director.

Ease of you was the main reason. A board member utilized OneCause through another auction and was very impressed with it. As a result, we investigated and was very pleased with the quality of OneCause along with how easy it was to create.
We would not change either. We are very pleased with how the process went to research and sign up for OneCause.

Very thorough and made sure I understood the process. Staff were very patient as well listening to my questions and understanding certain procedures. As an older person, I can be scared of technology, but this process was very easy to understand and I feel very confident using it.
Very thorough and nice to have a refresher when needed. Nice to see when I haven't used in a little while and refresh my mind how to update.

To be honest, every time I call in with a question the support team steps up and helps out. Every time I have called in my question has been answered. Plus the staff is very patient.
