Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
I use OneCause to manage events and for fundraising efforts. I use it to sell tickets, sell auction items, and provide information on my events. Customer service is quick to respond and problem solve when I have issues. They have guides on their site that make it easy to problem solve even when I'm not able to talk directly to a customer representative.
Pros

Cons
- I'd like to see the opportunity to purchase multiple buy it now items at the same time by simply allowing customers to add to their cart so my customers aren't purchasing one item, going through the process, and then having to go back and purchase another item. It's a bit of a hassle.
- OneCause helps me accurately manage all incoming numbers so I know where my event is sitting in real time
- OneCause staff keeps our events in order by checking in and making sure they're available for anything we need
