Overall Satisfaction with OneNote
I use it to keep and share notes about my accounts.
- Ability to share knowledge by making a OneNote public
- Organization- keep all my tabs/notebooks to keep my accounts well managed
- Wish I could right click on any tab in a notebook and send it in an email
- Formatting can sometimes be tricky with free floating space- maybe create some basic templates within OneNote that can be utilized
- Hard to measure but has certainly increased organization with account management which should lead to higher retention
Much better than using Word or Eexcel because it's a shared document and can be edited without overwriting anyone else's changes.
