Overall Satisfaction with OnPay
We utilize OnPay for all of our payroll needs corporate wide.
- Customer support is rarely needed, but always helpful.
- Makes payroll easy for the owners.
- They don't setup accounts with state governments for you, but also don't charge the rates for it. It might be nice to have an option to help guide us through adding a new state's payroll.
- Has options for us running paper checks for employees.
- For owners, can run dummy paychecks, i.e. converting owner's draws to W2 payroll for tax purposes.
- Takes all of the state and federal tax filings off my hands.
