Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

We use OnPay for our payroll across the whole firm. It makes it quick and easy to pay our employees and to pay our contractors.

  • Easy to make sure taxes are being taken care of for each employee
  • The interface of the website is a little archaistic compared to other websites.

We have recommended OnPay to several colleagues. For someone who is running a small business and wants to run payroll and send contractors in one convenient place this is the perfect product for that. IT makes taking taxes out quick and easy. It also allows employees to have their checks split between checking and savings accounts. IT makes creating a w2 at the tax time easy.
