Overall Satisfaction with OpenTable
Making reservations for business meals. Most times they're not planned so it helps to have an app where you can make a reservation for 30 minutes later without the hassle of having to step out and call the restaurant. It also helps select the restaurant because most people have used OpenTable personally and they can see the restaurants' information, pictures, reviews, etc.

- Options are well organized and that speed decision making.

- Lots of information about the place is provided, including specific price range and safety precautions.
- Having more places on it.
- Better suggestions by location. I live in the border with US and even though I open the app on the mexican side, it suggests US restaurants.

- It's hard to calculate but it saves time and time is money.
- Helps take into account the expense process because we know what kind of payment type we can use at each place.
- Helps us select the correct place if we are going to talk shop or just team-build.
