Overall Satisfaction
- Site optimization is one of the most critical activities of a product manager. It allows you to test different experiences against each other to learn which is most effective for customers. Optimizely allows you to do this very easily. It may not be as robust as something like Adobe Test & Target, however for the price it's beyond worth it.
- One thing it does not appear to have is the ability to segment an A/B test into different customer demographics. If it's there, then it's hard to find.
- You can increase your revenue per visitor and overall site conversion which pays for itself.
