Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
At my company, we use Optimizely Content Management System for presenting our web content to users that are seeking information regarding their pension plans. Optimizely Content Management System is used as the content management system and also has integration points for delivering information to our mobile app users.

- Easy search optimizations
- API's for accessing content via a nuget package for .NET mobile apps
- Simple forms builder
- Optimizely Content Management System is used for both internal and external communication. Without it we would not be able to run our business
We have used Optimizely Content Management System for many years (when it was named EpiServer).
Optimizely Content Management System is better supported, but more expensive. The support is what we needed and the possibility of having direct access to the company that develops the product.
