It took us a year to migrate our 700+ page site, but we only had one content manager migrating that content. It was easy to migrate the content and get trained on the system. We took long enough to launch the new site that the site was behind Episerver versions when it launched.
Optimizely Content Management System provides a very scalable CMS out of the box vs other CMSs. I do like the opensource community of the other CMSs.
