Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
Within our organisation we use the Optimizely CMS for two of our key websites. The first of these websites is tennis-related and addresses a range of business problems - from how to help people find nearby tennis courts, lessons and leagues near them, to providing the most up-to-date content on British tennis players and keeping the British public engaged with the sport. Our second website using Optimizely's CMS is padel-related, and is addressing similar business problems but for the sport of padel. The scope of the use case for both sites is significant. We have 2-3 million people engaging with the sport digitally in the UK, while hundreds of thousands engage with padel.

Cons
- Uploading and dragging files, such as images or PDFs, could be smoother and more intuitive
- Flexibility with design that allows us to work towards our mission of 'Tennis Opened Up'
- Speed of deploying content, meaning users can really on us for the most up-to-date content on tennis in Britain
- Ability to have different logged-in areas for different user groups, allowing us to create more bespoke and personalised experiences
