Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

We use the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a virtualized environment to provide a save environment for testing new and emerging communication services like Virtual Private Network (VPN), Unified Communications (UC), or other tailored service offerings, which promotes rapid and agile service innovation and deployment leading to enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Network Function Virtualization provides a secure and scalable environment for experimentation which enable performance and feasibility assessment of a service
  • Robust Security Features, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and encryption
  • Ability to scale resource up or down on-demand eliminating significant upfront costs
  • Uniformity in design and user experience across all services to improve usability
  • more comprehensive step-by-step guides and usecase-specific tutorials
  • built-in cost monitoring enhancement for more proactive and control in expenses management
  • Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure we can reduce time-to-market for new services by 30%
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure automation tools improves profitability by reducing operating costs by 25%
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure robust security controls and compliance certifications are instrumental in mitigating risk which evidence with a 40% decrease in security incicents-related costs
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) competes effectively with cloud giants like AWS, Azure and GCP. OCI's standout features include robust security and compliance measures, transparent pricing with cost optimization tools, high-performance computing capabilities, seamless integration with Oracle databases, and a global network presence. Its autonomous- databases services reduce administrative overhead, while developer-friendly tools and strong SLAs contribute to reliability. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a more compelling option due to its security-conscious nature and a more seamless integration with Oracles databases.

Do you think Oracle Cloud Infrastructure delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's feature set?

Yes

Did Oracle Cloud Infrastructure live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Oracle Cloud Infrastructure again?

Yes

Oracle Cloude Infrastructure (OCI) is well suited for conducting exploratory trials of a 5G network slicing technology. It is easy to create virtualized network slices with varying QoS parameters, experiment with edge computing capabilities and analyze performance metrics. It's scalability and robust networking capabilities support agile testing and optimization. However, when we want to conducting rapid, short-term experimentation with a limited budget and minimal setup complexity, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure may be less appropriate. Moreover, its extensive capabilities may not be necessary for straightforward, low-risk experiments with minimal resource requirements.
