Oracle 12c is used as one of our main software platforms across the whole organization - as we are software as well, we validate our software to work with the newest releases.
Pros
- Adaptive Plans - very nice.
- Ability to do pluggable databases if desired.
- I like the D&T Pack of OEM
Cons
- Allow Developers better access to OEM.
- Agent solution of OEM can cause slowdowns.
- Positive ROI in our case, in that we need it to stay competitive
