Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Database

Oracle Database supports critical OLTP and OLAP environment. The database performance and security is the key aspect of our organization, as we deal with customer data. Oracle perfectly matches the business challenge in this.

  • Oracle support - support time is very slow, staff knowledge is lacking, and often support staff doesn't know the products. We get passed around too many support staff during the support process.
Performance challenges and existing transformation. If you have a new business challenge, it has all the features that you need, very feature rich.
