Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
We use PeopleSoft HCM, CRM and FSCM suites across the organization. We have gone live with over 50% of our employee population and are in the process of implementing it for the remaining employees across different facilities. This software helps us standardize and optimize our business processes. Also, the ability and ease of customizing the software is of utmost importance to us as we can easily accommodate our way of doing business in to the software.
- Solid Core HR business processes for position management
- Fluid UI helps in making the software mobile friendly
- Great Self Service features
- Very stable and scalable payroll module
- Delivered ACA related features could improve
- Would like to see concept similar to Flex fields in PeopleSoft
- Standardization of business processes was a catalyst to help us implement shared services approach for HR, Benefits and Payroll. We have been able to eliminate redundant positions based at each facility and move towards a common shared service call center for all our facilities using PeopleSoft.
