Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is being used as part of a enterprise level retirement system used by internal staff and external customers. Our customers are made up of former and current employees of New York State. In order to determine the amount time earned and payment owed to a retiree we need to store tier and employment history for each employee.
- Can be connected seamlessly to other PeopleSoft applications
- All information can be accessed via a portal interface
- Share security management can be synced between all PeopleSoft applications
- Tax updates could be easier to apply due to frequency
- It has been useful for determining employee eligibility for retirement
