Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

The Oracle HCM Suite is used across our organization effectively and its used in all functions and departments. The employee self service is the most user friendly and it has helped field sales guys to have on demand access 24*7 and even when travelling. Very fast, supportive and a great user experience.

  • Allow for simpler upgrades
  • Voice integration when running reports would be great
Better features, better UI, better functions and ease of use.
This product is suitable for small and medium sized to even large sized companies and is very cost effective. Oracle is heavily invested into the success of this product to keep their market dominance in this space. It has great feedback from my teams and has increased user adoption, plus it has lesser implementation time.
